When I went to order a plain large cookie for my sons Birthday I couldn’t see anyone at first until I noticed a member of staff working at his computer. He happily helped me get what I wanted. He was friendly and helpful. When I picked up the cookie after work the lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful too. We love Millie’s cookies, so good and getting a discount really helps too. Thanks for an other great experience.

Asked for an elf on the shelf for the naughties coming on the 1st of Dec, and I am beyond over the moon with this! My boys will love this in the morning. It was better than I expected, so I can't thank Amy enough for doing this.! Amazing work and I'll be back!!

Female staff member refused to hand over my too good to go order to my 17 year old son causing my wife to leave the car and attend. Her attitude was dreadful according to my wife and came across arrogant and cheeky.

I visited recently and staff were very helpful. I could decide what to have on my cookie and staff helpers me pick also a great and quick service ! Cookie was amazing and my daughter loved it. Thanks to the staffs advice
