Meltham Mills Reservoir
Superb little reservoir with great views. Great walks through old English woodland, alongside the golf course and of course the reservoir itself. My 4 & 5 year old boys absolutely love it. Would recommend upper access path from Knowle Lane as bottom one from Acre Lane tends to be really muddy.

Meltham Mills Reservoir
A little hard to get to. Park on main road and use public footpath to get to it. Lots of climbs over the access gate things and walks through farmers fields. Steep walk down (I slipped plenty in walking boots) to the reservoir. Which is more like a little lake / pond, plenty wildlife and golfers swearing when they hit the ball funny. Not wheelchair accessible. Had a bench to sit on for a much needed rest. Been once. Probably won't go again.
