Just had breakfast here today. My son was defeated by the Emperor Breakfast which lived up to it’s name. Food was excellent and very reasonable. Very friendly cafe. Definitely recommend

The atmosphere felt like you could cut it with a knife, the staff were grumpy, not one smile. Makes you wonder really. The service was not great again no smile, no hello or anything. Onto the food part, my word this is easily the worst cafe and food I've been too, the sausage was the best bit on the plate to be honest, beans were not cooked, tomatoes were swimming nearly over flowing my plate, eggs were okay, my toast tasted like pure oil, I have no idea what kind of butter they use but it tasted awful, black pudding was rock hard like show leather. Will not return and would not recommend this cafe.

Fantastic food, good portion size for the medium breakfast, not greasy at all and the best sausages I've ever had from a cafe. Staff were all smiling and polite. I'll definitely be returning.

Sick to death of paying for things that are missing off the sandwiches or are delivered late. Stopped using Penguin 6 months ago for this reason, though I would try again. Missed black pudding and didn't have crusty bread, yet still charged me. Never again.

Not your typical Cafe.. expectations were exceeded ten fold, what I imagined as a greasy spoon couldn't be further away from! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was incredible. Never had a breakfast as good as this one. Will definitely be telling my friends about my new find! See you again soon.

Arrived for a bit of breakfast on a Sunday morning and was greeted with a welcoming and friendly warming staff behind the counter and ordered.Even with a queue out the door and a grilling from there manger they where still happy plesent and quick to serve and get through everyone.The breackfast arrived quickly and was very nice and filling
