My mother is a former client for this agency, she was told a few weeks ago her caregiver was to be substituted but no one from the agency came to assist her. I called the branch to find out what was happening only to be told by the administrator there no one else will go up that way". No apology or offer of alternative caregiver and couldn't get over the answer I was given.Disgraceful."

The staff here go above and beyond for all of their clients. They really care about the clients and provide a personalised service. The caregivers that work here are amazing and work to very high standards. They are a unique company and fantastic to work for. Would highly recommend as a place to work, and also as a service provider.

I have worked with Home Instead for 2 years. The carers are matched to the clients. Clients have continuity of the same team of care staff so you are able to build a good rapport, you are given ample time with each client and are never sent to anyone without being introduced first. I have over 20 years experience and Home Instead are amazing to work with.

The amazing staff do a terrific job looking after my Dad. He loves living in his own home in Burnham-on-Sea (with all his friends and the Burnham-on-Sea Bowling Club) so home care was the perfect solution. He gets on amazingly with his caregivers. The caregivers and care managers are doing a fantastic job. I have no worries about him while we are away.Five Star home care service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
