I am starting a new very small business and I needed a website designing. From first contact, I was impressed with Visible Thoughts professionalism and the fact that they cared about me as a client and I could tell they wanted to exceed my expectations. I contacted Visible Thoughts for a quote in December. Andrew called me and talked me through everything in detail, including helpful ideas I hadn't thought of it and he was very reassuring and knowledgeable, I knew I could trust him to deliver the site in reality that I had in my mind. I had a short lead time for the website to be created and the team worked hard to meet this deadline. Ryan immediately sent me a number of logos to choose from and patiently amended them many times to fit perfectly with what I wanted. And the website creation started straight away with Andrew helping on content, and Ryan sending me updates almost daily on the website as it developed. The final product is exactly what I wanted, with perfect picture selection, colour scheme and overall look. It looks better than I could have anticipated. I am so impressed with the overall service and would not hesitate to recommend Visible Thoughts to anyone thinking of setting up a website or needing logos.
