My parcels always go missing from here for some reason, was given a delivery time slot 3 days ago and no sign of my parcel...no way to contact the depot either. Literally on edge every time i find out Hermes is delivering my parcel. Never know if it will actually turn up or not! Absolutely ridiculous...this place needs to be investigated

He did not accept the parcel, arguing that it was too big ???? Bad behavior from the company

Inpost locker by lidl was full, and I'd like to have as little to human interaction as possible... but I had no choice but to come here and drop off a parcel. It's not bad, and it's pretty easy. Just go to the til and drop off your evri parcel.I assume like the last drop-off shop I went to but not here, if there are no more parcel slips(evri proof off receipt paper) they won't take your parcel.
