Ordered a speciality vegan chocolate, tasted like it was made with water, the guy who brought it out spilled it everywhere and didn’t offer a napkin or anything.

The Ethiopian decaf coffee was really nice, as was the bakewell tart. All alternative milks were available. Very friendly and cool, hip staff. Lots of seating outside in the market. Nice homemade food. Also love the name flying saucer! :D

The Flying Saucer
The Flying Saucer is a much loved coffee shop that sells nice healthy food. The members of Staff are alway happy to see you even if it is first thing in the morning. It is nice to experience the atmosphere of this old Brighton Market. They are currently fitting out the shop inside to accommodate for those who find the open market a bit chilly this time of year. But I would recommend it in the summer time just as much as the back garden is a delightful settings of plants and peace and space to relax.

Lovely vibe. Great cake, good tea and very nice staff. Menu looks excellent so I’ll be returning to try something more substantial. Lots of seating in the Open Market so you can watch everyone and plan whether you want to shop for healing crystals or spices next. Just remember to wrap up warm.

Great cafe however I was charged twice for my order. Was told the first transaction didn't go through so was asked to do it again, just checked my bank account and see both went through. Flying Saucer is there any chance of a gratis tea next time I come in?

10/10 definitely recommendDairy free, vegan, gluten free, vegetarian options available!Very friendly staff, lovely products and good prices too! Definitely coming back here again!I had lemon poppyseed cake, and it was the best gluten free vegan cake I’ve had in a very long time! Thank you everyone
