We started using A Plan for holiday home insurance 6 years ago. Their renovation specialists have insured our retirement home whilst work was underway. They have also covered properties with unoccupied policies as we waited for sales to complete.We have price checked them from time to time and found them very competitive for the level of cover and excesses. Fortunately we haven't had to claim so I can't comment on that but in every other aspect they have proved to be helpful, professional and always clearly explain the options available to us.The range of cover these people can offer is perhaps wider than you might think. Would recommend.

I had to make an alteration to my car insurance, Sarah Ewen was the lady l dealt with and l must say she was brilliant, such a happy and polite lady. I moved to A-Plan fairly recently for my car insurance renewal, and was so impressed by the service they gave me that I subsequently placed two more car insurances and two property insurances with them. I dealt remotely with several of their team in the Northampton office, including Lee, Chris and Lauren, and in summary they have always been pleasant, extremely helpful, efficient and swift.
