Sophia is an amazing dog groomer, she has recently moved here and despite a much longer drive to get our dog groomed we didn't hesitate in following her. C is very happy with her, loves socialising with the other dogs and always comes home looking and smelling amazing. She is able to cut a variety of styles and cuts to suit your breed and offers advice on home grooming to help in between appointments. Simply fantastic

Had our first appt with Sophia this week, with my dog Curly, Spanish water dog cross, she has made a very good job of grooming Curly and she looks very nice. Lots of attention to detail which was great. Curly seemed to enjoy the experience with the other dogs there but is always keen to come home. We were very pleased with the results and will definitely be going again. Many thanks Sophia.

First, came across this place, and thought it would be lovely, but it turned out to be the complete opposite due to the owner’s unprofessional and rude manners towards me and family.Karla who’s someone that’s trusted to take of dogs this is appalling.This woman took advantage of my dad due to the fact that english isn’t his first language after he’d payed for a full service that was never completed and she never explained her policy.Please do not come here and avoid your money being taken because even in a case of emergency this woman won’t even have sympathy.

Great service, had a meet and greet and 2 intro sessions which are a perfect way to get the dog used to the place and settle the dog down. Looking forward to the next groom, in a month or 2, knowing dog will be fine and settled with karla. competetive prices too.

Jess has been fabulous with my 11 year old shar-pei. She really has gone out of her way to make him feel at ease as he is very nervous & shy! Trusting someone to care for your pets is a huge thing, but the girls here are really lovely and definitely go out of their way to look after your doggies. Would definitely recommended - thank you!

Sophia and the other staff member were so good with my pup. 5 months old and his first trip so he was nervous and they couldn’t have been better with him! Would highly recommend!
