Such an awfully designed shop - the new self service tills are in the same area as the manned ones & this causes a massive snarl up between people wanting human/self service. The shop is regularly playing music at such high volumes it shows little or no management are present.

Blasting Coldplay. Very, very loud. No one needs that while shopping. Not ideal if you have sensory issues. Literally night club loud. Had to leave. Ridiculous!! Security guard seems to have an attitude problem too.

Shoddy customer service. Like going to a corner shop, the owner has his mates running round for him.Staff wearing headphones having phone conversations. Lack of uniform. Some nights they override the system and blast out their own songs.Staff continuing conversations between them when customers need help.An overhaul of staff is needed in this shop.

Extremely opinionated rude customer service with repeated condescending attitude by the manager and ill mannered crew. Avoid the store with your life for you will surely be yelled at and heckled. If there was an option of zero stars I would totally select that.
