Excellent service. Visited the Chippenham store in Morrisons on Sunday 12th June. I didn't catch the name of the guy serving me but he mentioned he was covering the store for the day. Very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and very friendly. He did everything while i was shopping so it was ready for me when i was done. Another great experience with Timpsons at a store I've never been to before. I will definitely be back again though. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service , i needed a motorcycle key cut with a transponder programmed. The service was the best i have had, the guy who served me was knowledgeable, polite and everything he did followed covid 19 safety rules. I can honestly say this guy is a true example of customer service at the highest level.

Went in 1st thing this morning.was served by a lovely lad called Matthew.he was so patient with me as I didn't have a clue how to use the photo machine.he was a credit to you.hope he gets a thank you for his excellent customer service.

Needed visa photos... odd shape etc.. but was pleasantly served and information given. So glad they are there.. as very helpful with watch batteries too!! Thank you!!

Terrible. Awful. Don't go there if you want anything dry cleaned. I gave my coat to dry clean, the woman left my coat exactly the way I gave her. She just couldn’t be bothered to do it. Rubbish service. The man and the woman are quite rude. No manners towards the customer. There was a stain and it hasn't been cleaned. When asked she couldn’t give an answer. Very arrogant woman. Doesn’t have respect or how to behave with public. Don’t bother going there. Worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had here. They don’t give customers a receipt. When I asked the man said he shredded the receipt.

So I needed a replacement key housing/shell for my car key,It is a Vauxhall 3 button style,Was charged £40 and they kept the original key and just changed the housing/shell,The replacement is a non Vauxhall shell/housing,Can't complain about that, took them 15 mins to do.

I don't often leave reviews but Lee, the Timpson Manager, was fantastic. He handled multiple customers on a busy day with speed care and accuracy, maintaing a very cheerful disposition throughout. Quite a remarkable service.

I brought my sofa covers there for dry cleaning.Paid 25£.I collected them and when I came back I notice that they was same dirty as before.Waste of money and time.In the end I cleaned them by myself which cost me almost nothing.Cant' recommend from my experience.
