Safestyle offered me assured quality of windows at a great price. They are windows that last, the cost of that is more than worth itI thought it would take a long time to prepare but it was all done from consultation to fitting in 3 weeks. Every layer added another level of world class customer service. Surveyor made sure our window style matched the rest of the house whilst keeping the character. The fitter was polite, prompt and no fuss. Exactly what you want and needHighly recommend for anyone who wants quality with service

Absolute shambles. Came to door asking if wanting windows replaced. I was feeding my baby at the time, but sales person continued to sell their services. Arranged a visit for later that day to measure windows. Only my husband was avaliable for this as I was with my NEWBORN. They refused to measure up without me and left. Continuing to get calls from them today. Leave me alone and stop wasting my time please.Edit - they are still harassing me!

Under no circumstances, should you use this company.I booked and paid for a new front door in end of November 2022, it's now end of October 2023 and we are still yet to have a functioning door fitted, after 3 attempts to refit the door each time the function of the door getting worse, and the render they put on falling off. Spilt cement on the steps to the door, and the absolute shambles of an organisation, 3 seperate no shows for engineers, 3 days booked off work waiting in and no response, even after having a complaint lodged with the Ceo team. Who are as unreliable as the normal customer service agent who can't access info from the engineers or the comaints department, totally shambolic. Waste of time and money. And now. At the point of rejection of goods, as we used a payment plan suggested by them. They do not control the finance company, so I have to chase them seperately to ask what will happen. When we won't even have the product we purchased fitted anymore. Pretty much fraudulent activity. Pay for an expensive item, they delay deliver damage property, product does not function correctly. They take it back, and I'm left with finance arrangement for a product I don't have.Disgusting service. I have been patient for months allowing them to rebook, and cancel many appointments being pragmatic but now due to their completely unprofessional service and wildly unreliable teams I'm forced to reject goods. With months of waisted time and loss of earnings. Do not use safetsyle UK. Ever.

PLEASE READ - SAVE YOURSELF.Sales team were welcoming, pitched well and assured us our needs would be met. Duped into purchasing windows and doors, so he achieved his purpose.From the offset we had missed installation dates, contractors turning up to refuse to work due to lack of full equipment, faulty product in that window/doors in that they did not fully close. These issue persisted after 4 attempts with a team attending and resolving the issue to it then reoccur some weeks later. (These issues still ongoing from the first install of May 2022!)We have been passed to different departments, given various ‘weeks’ when they can re attend to fix, all whilst trying to manage an ill wife and newborn baby. I attended there branch in Coventry as I was getting no where with phone calls to raise a complaint to find the staff playing on a pool table instead of responding to calls.If it was possible to hand the windows and doors back I would, honestly the worst company to approach to supply windows and doors.AvoidJUST TO UPDATE MY REVIEW. ATTENDED TODAY NOW NEED REPLACEMENT OF WHOLE REAR WINDOW FRAME AS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. X5 Engineers it’s taken to establish this over 10 months.Further update! - works were meant to start today 10/3/23 received a text on Friday 3/3/23 to inform me job has been pushed back to 5/5/23 so be an additional 2 months. Taking us into 1year 2 months of the issue and now a higher energy bill. Please keep in mind I have a 10 week year old baby, and these works had been agreed to be completed on the original order long before he was born.By right I’ll be celebrating new windows and doors once my sons due to go university. Thanks again shitstyle.Another update! 5/5/23 a 1 year two months since original install date. We received a call this morning from SafeStyle to inform us they would not be attending today as scheduled as the windows were defective! Two months ago they pushed date back due to product delays and have only checked this morning that the product was defective. The windows were just to be replaced today! x7 attempts to resolve issue.Have gone to trading standards now.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely horrendous!!! Left my whole house in a mess, aren't coming to finish the job!!! I strongely recommend you avoid Safestyle UK altogether!

Cannot fault the whole process from the Salesman right through to the fitters. Very happy with the quality of the windows and love our new doors especially the Composite front door! Everything was exactly as we requested. Made a few calls to them along the process and each time the calls were answered promptly and efficiently. Will definitely be using them again.

Re:Contract number 1433231My 6 windows were installed by safestyle on 21st April, and while on inspection by the end of installation we noticed one of the double glazed unit has got 2 big cracks. We notified the installer He replied ,he already noticed it while installing the unit and notified safestyle and and it will be replaced by new unit on 29th april 2021 and he assured me that I don't have to do anything.So I paid in full amount of £4400,(I already paid £640.00 in advance)so I rang the post installation unit 28th April 2021 regarding the confirmation, but they were not aware of this issue. So I did explain everything and lady reassured me she will contact the installation department and someone will give me a call on the same day regarding the replacement. and regarding the scaffolding which is still in my property ,she said the scaffolding company will come and remove the scaffolding on 29th April . I already had another post installation issue with the contract number 1232256 which raised the complaint in December and it hasn't sorted till now., which i made an official complaint via email 2 weeks ago, and I haven't received any reply except an automated message.I rang the complaint department number to speak about the existing issues on 28th april around 11.30 and the lady I spokes said they can only do is apologies and reassured me that everything will be sorted.I waited till 15.30 today (29/04 2021)for the installers arrival ,but I didn't get any update. and the scaffolding is still here. I rang again the post installation number and spoke to someone called Caitlyn, all got was the same apology and reassurance only.safstyle charged is very high amount, compare to a local company and I went with them expecting good service and all I got is a cracked window and lot of frustration and my house surrounded with scaffolding sitting more than it needed.I neverever go with them again and never recommend them as well.

Great service. I had a salesman who was very helpful and listened to what I wanted and gave me the best option. The surveyor was clear in advice and thorough in the job. The installer was a very friendly and competent individual, soon after an after fitting representative arrived who checked the quality. The finance team where very helpful and all dealings with the company have been a pleasure. 10 year guarantee and installation and old item disposal included I would highly recommend using Safestyle UK.
