Professional service from start to finish! I rang a few different Estate Agents to get a general idea of the value of my house and all matched however Tony's enthusiasm for his business and his team set Fairs Estates out from the rest by a long country mile. I was happy with the professional photos and was also pleased with how much of an input I had through out the whole process. My house literally sold within a matter of days, I genuinely could not believe it. Danielle kept me in the loop throughout and is absolutely fantastic at her job. Would absolutely recommend 10 out of 10!! Thank you Fairs Estates!!

I have sold two properties with fairs estates flawless service no hassle no hitches very smooth. The fees were very reasonable considering the level of service you get lots of support throughout the process. I have sold with auction through fairs estates and this was also exceptional and didn’t cost me a penny! No hassle just gets the property sold. I am now looking to use their services again. When I have purchased property from other agents in the area the service was no where near what I expected and that is because I am used to the services Tony and Lauren provide.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Absolutely disgusting the way we were treated by this company. We moved in and within 2 weeks mould was present in the bedroom and they did absolutely nothing about it even when I ended up with bronchitis. We slept on the living room floor for 3 months as we only had 1 bedroom. As well as being pregnant, they couldn’t care less about our well being. It got so bad we had to move to my parents while they eventually carried out work without giving us somewhere else to live. We got solicitors involved which they didn’t pay out even a quarter of the amount we should’ve gotten considering £1000+ of our personal items were destroyed! They then tried to say we left the house in ruins and wouldn’t give our bond back just to spite us from us getting the compensation we deserve!

A great estate agent, which actually cares about their customers unlike some of the larger more established companies.We dealt with Amanda Davidson who was great and advised on pricing and handled our property marketing very well.I would thoroughly recommend Tony Fairs Estate agents for anybody looking sell their home.

We have used numerous estate agents in the Northumberland area over the years and our interactions with Amanda from Fairs Estates have been second to none. The service provided was professional and the communication first-rate. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Think this deserves a review … rang office on Monday morning for my boiler to be checked over as pressure was too low for any hot water or heating was told that someone would be in touch for this and still no response from plumber or office . Another day goes by I rang again and was told they have passed my number on and that they would be in touch and that I would be the last job of the day waited in all day for them to come and still no sign , office closed at 5 so give them till 6 at the latest to arrive and still didn’t . Day 3 rang back up was told they were going to come and AGAIN still no sign . Day 4 I rang back up and was told they had apparently had a wrong contact number for me and they have tried ringing me for this however I had been ringing the office for 4 days now on same number so absolutely no excuse and didn’t get in touch to confirm this or to let me know . AGAIN they said because we have taking the number from me that it would be seen to today , It is now Thursday night at 6 o’clock and still waiting for my boiler to be checked over . This is disgusting! I am 22 weeks pregnant and have been left with no hot water or heating for 5 days now and was told everyday someone was going to be out to solve this . Communication on the phone to fair estates are poor they couldn’t get you of the phone quick enough . This isn’t the only problem I have had in the past with my property and am sure won’t be the last . AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY . Think more about going home after a days work for there tea then even consider doing jobs they have been requested to do . Horrible people .

I have recently refurbished my first High Spec 3 bedroom property. I wanted to ensure I located the correct tenant to ensure my property would be properly looked after. Fairs estates swiftly located a great tenant and also completed the relevant background checks which provided much needed security for me as a Landlord. Fairs estates have also helped me locate my next buy to let purchase which is currently going through. :-) Brilliant service indeed. I would highly recommend using Fairs Estates. Thanks Again.

I was looking for a cheap agency to help me sell my house. I have been tricked in paying hidden fees. Not happy at all, still trying to solve this as I had to open a court dispute with them. They will appear professional" before taking your money

I contacted this Company after having my house on the market with another estate agent for many months and getting nowhere. This company contacted me and arranged an agent to visit. The agent was very polite and professional. He simply explained the process and within a day the house was up with them on the market on a number of different platforms. Very quickly within a week I was getting multiple offers (I wasn't living at the house so they dealt with any viewings). I was assigned a single point of contact agent Amanda who dealt with my case. She was a delight to work with, always keeping me well informed and chasing up anything that was needed. She would often go the extra mile chasing people up to ensure everything was up to date and could progress as fast as possible. They ensured someone could be at the house for any surveyors' etc meaning the process could be a lot more stress free and easy for me. I would highly recommend and will be using them again for our next house sale.

We have recently sold our home through Fairs estates Amanda has been absolutely brilliant. Her friendly, proffesional manner has really been outstanding, always going that extra mile to make us feel at ease. Nothing has been too much or a problem.
