If you want efficient friendly, courteous service dont go here. If you want time and careful attention to detail dont go here. If you want an appointment roughly on time that seems to be the least of their concerns. I booked a 2 pm appointment arrived 5 minutes early and told to wait in a manner of fact way. I wrongly assumed i was waiting for an elderly ladies nails to be completed which turned out to be 2.15. However another lady was then started. I reminded them of my 2pm appointment and she told to change seats to the manicure table. At 2.30pm it was clear i would have been waiting at least another 30 to 45 minutes. There was zero concern or explanation on their behalf and watching the quick, rough treatment of those in front i decided to leave. I am accustomed to a wonderful nail tecnician in East Yorkshire who is not only an expert in her field but offers excellent customer service skills with a smile, conversation, no silly masks and complementary coffee!

Rude and way too expensive for the quality i got my nails done Saturday and 3 nails came off by monday the acrylics dont even sit right on my nails the salon is really dirty with things all over the floor and the employees are just very rude and act like they dont want to be there

It was good when I got it done in 2021it stated on but now they not add much glue they make it rly loose now …

Chance appointment to get pedicure, was apprehensive about hygiene but they had screened off all areas well and foot spa was well separated. Only problem was no individual plastic liners in footspa but obligingly overcame this when mentioned. Excellent attentive foot massage,deadskin removal, and full pedicure. Was pleasantly surprised with service and end result. Abit more than I have paid but understand all the extra overheads they are obliged to put in place now.

Got my nails done just before Xmas they were lovely , but 2 nails came off within a week

I have my nails done every four weeks its my me time! They always do a thorough job and very friendly and non expensive.

Amazing customer service . A lovely bunch of people . I wouldn’t get my nails done anywhere else . Definitely one of the best nail places .

Love my holiday nails

Love my nails but just a little ruff with nail file, hurt a little.

Personally don’t know if this is because I’m new to acrylics but I don’t recommend this for beginners getting nails done. The artists are quite rough when filing your nails and they aren’t sociable at all. I’ve had mine done today and to be honest im not very pleased and neither is my mum the nails are loose,throbbing and overall sore my mum has numerously had her nails done and never had this problem even when it was her first time.so overall I don’t recommend this place for good quality nails and just the atmosphere and friendliness.
