I'd been let down by 2 companies previously I don't know if it was because of the location (garage site access only). But either way dial a grab were quick to respond, friendly, down to earth so helpful and efficient. My nephew even got a beep goodbye which means he obviously wants to be a grab wagon driver and hasn't stopped talking since. Would deffinatly recommend to anyone.

After being let down by one Grab Hire company, Dial a Grab came out came out on time when they said they would, infact a little earlier than they planned which worked out better for me,took away all my soil in one go.Top service thanks.

Really decent service. Took 10 tonne of soil away, and delivered 2 tonne of dolomite to Thornaby. Excellent price. cheaper than a skip. I would have needed two skips, so grab is very cost effective. I asked Steve if he could phone me half hour before he turned up, and he did. Would recommend him to anyone.

We've been renovating our home generating piles of old brickwork and rubble. We've recently used two other grabber companies which proved expensive and with mixed results. My wife called Dial A Grab this morning, they arrived this afternoon and did a better job at almost half the price. Very happy with the service and will certainly be using them again. Well done!

Lovely fella the owner .. brought me 2 used JCB tyres for upcycling on the big gran wagon as they weigh a few tons ! Wouldn’t take a penny for bringing them as they were free nor any for fuel .. just a takeaway cuppa in his cup was enough for him .. I’ve donated the £10 fuel money to our Butterwick children’s Hospice craft pot where I work taking it in this afternoon he was well happy I was doing that .. there’s some decent folk out there . Big thank you for your kindness today x

Excellent service, warned of potential cracking of paving slabs so caring and considerate. Very fair price charged as smaller load, chatty and polite, would definitely recommend and use again.
