I have received nothing but excellent care and attention from this surgery for multiple issues and requests (even during COVID), and I've used a lot practices and surgeries in my life! All the clinicians, Dr''s, and staff I have dealt with are wonderful, but Dr. Nick Jones in particular has been a brilliant doctor during my time here. I will continue to use their service with absolute confidence in their professionalism.

We would to give 5 stars as our autistic daughter joined this practice after working hard to get into uni.To remain on her course she needed to get a form to say she was in good health and the receptionist have been fantastic. Beatrice especially. My disabled daughter has paid a fortune privately in Oxford as instructed and all they did was send the results to this surgery. This caused her much distress as she wasnt even updated in regards to them. The receptionist has made an appointment for her to get the results written down and allow the staff caring for her to help her.Thank you so much!

Awful experience, turned away by receptionist from getting a certificate of health for a Japanese university that is mandated for the course. Turned away to private hospital, paid £450 in fees and private hospital referred back to GP. GP still refused. Went to different GP and told can get the form signed. Flatmate with same GP gets very similar form signed, leaves me wondering it is some level of discrimination? Receptionists were rude and not at all satisfactory when telling a student that they need to spend over £450. Brookes and Oxford students who will be traveling abroad beware completely. Disrespectful and not helpful GP. Awful experience. Gave me more anxiety than I had when I walked in.

Botley Medical Centre now Beaumont Elms Practice Surgery. What a difference in service. We had to endure such an awful service for long. Thank goodness it’s been taken over by caring professionals.Feel now the doctors care and listen. Can’t believe our metal state was a lot to do with our local surgery who didn’t want to really know any medical issues and always brushed us off.Just wanted to Thank the new surgery. For excellent level service now we are receiving

This is an amazing GP. You can get appointments very quickly, very short waiting times. The GPs remember you and it is a very personal experience, they are very generous with their time. I have had brilliant experiences with them over 3 years and they have been the best GPs I've ever had. The venue itself is friendly and pretty too! The receptionists are also brilliant. Thank you so much for being so wonderful, even during COVID!

Left this very poor practice several years ago for two reasons .I was repeatedly prescribed medication with no mention of the potential serious side effects , some of which did occur .The final straw was when Dr Simon Curtis became openly angry with me during a consultation .In my opinion he should not have been practicing at that time .

Having recently moved to the area from London this practice came highly recommend. So far I have found it to be fantastic. The receptionists are helpful and kind, their processes are wonderful and getting an appointment has never been an issue. Having being used to 3+ weeks wait for an appointment in London I can’t believe how quickly I’ve been able to see a Dr or Nurse. Definitely a 5* service.

Fantastic GP's alongside an incredible team in the heart of Oxford. Could not meet doctors with more compassion and empathy than 19BS. Admin and Reception staff deserve way more credibility than given - could possibly tweak managers (no names). Favourable mentions to the best doctors. Big up; Dr Schuman, Dr Jones (both of them) Dr Tucker and especially Dr Curtis. Wish one of them was my doctor!

I have never been to a gp that cares about their patients as much as here does. Dr jenny sanderson is single handedly the most caring, empathetic doctor I have ever met. she contantly goes above and beyond to make sure I felt seen, listened to and always like she has time for me and to help treat my issues. The health nurse that does the blood tests is extremely comforting and friendly, and helps ease me through my fears and anxieties as gently as possible. Even the receptionists are wonderful and go out their way to make your life easier. I am so grateful for this GP and for each member of staff-there are no weak links in this chain!

The reason I gave this surgery a 5 star is because of two amazing doctors there: Dr. Nick Jones and Dr. Meriel Raine. I was literally seen by most" of the doctors in this practice on different occasions and was not impressed at all by them excluding the above mentioned clinicians
