Wren Kitchens

Very professional service and excellent range of kitchens and appliances. Couple of niggles during installation dealt with ex optionally well. Couple of snagging issues took a while to complete but got there with a few chaser calls. Overall stress free.

We have replaced our kitchen with WREN last month. We really liked their customer and replacement service (in case of damage) which is quick and efficient. Kitchen really looks good the way we wanted. Excellent!!

When we decided to change our kitchen we visited Wren in Durham first, on the recommendation of friends and family who had shopped around and chose Wren and were highly satisfied. I had my own vision and the Designer had some great ideas too, between us we have created exactly what our family needed from a kitchen. We used our own joiner who advised us that Wren kitchens were his favourite kitchen brand to fit, he has also just purchased a kitchen from Wren for his parents house which shows he is happy with the quality. Wren keep you well informed every step of the way and the aftercare team are happy to help with any query or replacements required. I will not hesitate to recommend Wren whatever your budget or style.

We purchased a kitchen from Wren Durham showroom, our sales advisor advised us to relax and let Wren handle our kitchen. BIG MISTAKE!This is how it will happen -1. You will take full advantage of the free measuring service which Wren claim it will ‘have your kitchen fit perfectly. This will provide you with peace of mind and make you think, great, what could possibly go wrong? Well take a look at the small print terms and conditions which states - the responsibility of the correct measurements lays solely with the customer. Yes I know, crazy isn’t it, how could we possibly re-measure our kitchens without any laser measuring equipment or know how, to confirm the measurements of the professional? Moreover, why would we take advantage of this free measure if we could measure our own kitchen? Why would anyone for that matter? Be very careful as you will end up with a kitchen that does not fit and they will blame you for this.2. You will then take advantage of your free design appointment, this will consist of the sales representative planning where you want your units and appliances to go etc. Wren claim it will be unique to your kitchen sizes but this doesn’t portray what we would expect.. Wren use two different sizes on their carcasses and any unused space between units is made up of filler gaps. Sorry to make you aware but these are generic sized units and not custom to your kitchen room.3. Once you are happy with your kitchen design, you will be shown a big screen in their showroom, which will show you thousands of pounds worth of savings under their current sale (which will end in a couple of days) DO NOT PANIC and DO NOT BE PUSHED INTO A SALE. Wren ALWAYS have a sale on, they just rename it as a different sale so that they can tell you that the sale is ending soon!4. You will then be asked to pay a deposit and you will be asked how you would like to pay the remaining balance, you will take advantage of their 5 year interest free finance, unfortunately you are now told that the 5 year interest free finance is only available with their infinity plus range (the most expensive) you then take a look at the infinity plus range and think you know what? 25 year warranty on the kitchen with the infinity plus range is fantastic! Whilst the sales rep agrees with you (rubbing their little hands together)5. You purchase the infinity plus range with the 5 year interest free and 25 year warranty, you then find out after referring to the small print their 25 year warranties only cover the carcasses of the units. That’s right! You only get 1-2 year on doors, knobs, handles etc.You then receive your kitchen which is missing items or damaged. You will more than likely have your fitters booked in the next day as you don’t have room to store a full kitchen (nobody does) you then have to push the fitters back because you have an incomplete kitchen. As per the terms and conditions as soon as your full kitchen arrives you need to inspect everything for any signs of damage so unbox everything etc, you are expected to do this prior to arranging your fitter! Which will probably take atleast a months notice due to other work commitments. ITS JUST NOT PRACTICABLE OR REALISTIC.You will then have to order replacement parts for the damaged items which will take ATLEAST one week to arrive sometimes two weeks pushing your fitters back again and delaying your kitchen further!When you receive your replacements you will more than likely find those are also damaged and you will have to order further replacements … which pushes it back even FURTHER.A complete and utter shambles AVOID. You will then be offered a pathetic amount of compensation for your suffering. That’s if they don’t ignore you all together, I had to stand outside of the local branch with fact leaflets to get taken seriously. They will blame you or your fitter.

Excellent units and good customer care. Easy instructions for my builder and any changes to your plan were easily done.My only niggle was the screws for the handles were a bit short and needed replacing with longer ones.

Staff were really helpful and appreciated the budget we were working too. I opted for the plus range as the quality spoke for itself. We fitted the kitchen as my husband is a joiner and the goods did not disappoint. We had a couple of thinks missing like handles and a panel . The customer service team were brilliant and the items were delivered the following day with no hassle. Would recommend Wren for your kitchen

The kitchen design process was straight forward and our design assistant was friendly and helpful. The showroom had a wide range of various styles and colours for inspiration. Once order was placed communication was on-going with updates of progress and confirmation of appointments. Delivery was smooth and everything was received as it should have been. Quality is good and finishing details were all as described. Work top was fitted quicker than expected and was a smooth and quick process. We love our new kitchen and can't fault Wren at any stage.(We used our own kitchen fitters)

Great service from start to finish. Guided through design and selection of finishes, choice of finance and date of installation. Excellent showroom with plenty of time to look around without any pressure. Helpful staff when more information was required.We used their recommended installer who did a really good job and kept us up to date at all stages, arranging the plasterwork, electrical changes, plumbing, flooring installation and clearance of old units and packing. Any imperfections in the delivered kitchen units were replaced without question.The quartz team were also professional and did an excellent job with the worktops.We now have a kitchen that better suits our needs and looks great into the bargain. Very happy with the quality, style and finish.

We went into wren Durham to see if a remodel idea we had was a possibility, not only was it possible Marc was amazing and added ideas to the design and designed a space even better than we thought we could have.The kitchen is beautiful and exactly how it looked in the VR machine we are over the moon with the kitchen and service we have received, Marc made sure all aspects of the process were easy, communicated and dealt with quickly.We are really pleased with the appliances and took advice when picking these, the knowledge and expertise of Marc was second to none without being pushy and we really valued this.Overall we are really pleased with the whole process and the end result.

An enjoyable and stress free experience from the initial showroom visit to the installation and all at very competitive prices. I cannot speak more highly of the service throughout and would highly recommend Wren.
