Kate has worked with me over a number of sessions and the improvement I have felt has been fantastic. She spent time talking about a whole range of factors that could affect the joint pain I was experiencing and took a holistic approach to finding solutions that I could incorporate into my everyday life, including posture, consciously thinking about movement and, as someone who drives a lot for work, how I sit in my car!As well as being incredibly experienced, Kate also has a way of making you feel really ‘listened to’. The time she spent in our sessions and the exercise plans she developed for me made a huge difference to my general wellbeing as well as the specific problem she was helping to solve. I would recommend Kate to anyone who would benefit from physiotherapy - she is brilliant!

Kate offered a really efficient service in the treatment of my low back pain. I now understand how the way I hold myself affects my back, and have learnt what I can do to stop the irritation. I never felt rushed as Kate took the time to understand me and my concerns. I am now moving easily and can run pain free! Thank you!

Best physio around. Very very personal remembers everything about you/your issue. Holistic too. So not only focuses on pain relief but also how to strengthen/ prevent the injury. Will continue to see her and I advise you to too!

Kate has been excellent. She has worked with me to alleviate the pain and provided ongoing excercises to promote recovery. She explained well what the issues were and is working with me to stop the issues reoccurring. Would highly recommend.

Kate is an incredible physio. I have seen many different physios over the years and Kate is the only one that looked holistically at how I was moving. She has made such a difference to my running and I can now run pain free which is amazing. Kate is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very skilled. Highly recommend.

Kate is great to work with. She works with you to understand the problems you have, helps relieve the pain and more importantly helps you to improve your overall long-term health. This is done in an inviting and friendly environment. I know I'm becoming the best version of me because of Kate's extensive knowledge, care and support.

My only negative thought with going to see Kate is that I didn’t see her sooner!I felt reassured from the offset and it became very apparent from my first appointment I was in very safe hands.. Her knowledge and experience is second to none. She was recommended to me and I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is suffering with aches and pains.

I don't really want to tell you how amazing Kate is as I'll never be able to get another appointment! She is truly one of a kind with a level of commitment and knowledge I've not encountered before. Kate genuinely cares and uses her extensive expertise to ensure that whatever problem you're having she will have a solution, or at the very least, go through every possible solution there is. Having seen Kate for various issues - torn muscle, locked knee and general maintenance on a stubborn neck - I can honestly say I'll never willingly go to another physio.

Kate is brilliant! I have been attending her local weights/ circuits class for the last few months and it’s been brilliant. The benefits from the class are really starting too show. Kate is very professional and is all for improving her clients skills.Thanks Kate xx
