The level of customer service here is amazing. I limped here today with a flat tyre and the young lad that served me initially said it would be an hour before he could do anything however he then said he would look at my tyre which he did, straight away and then said he thought he could mend it which he did, straight away. Great customer service and I will defo be recommending this company to others. Thank you Harry Parks Tyres for getting me back on the road so quickly.

First rate, personalised service from a reputable company who are thoroughly decent and who offer a personal service that's sadly rare these days.I made a mistake when booking my car in - I said the issue was with the wrong tyre -100% my fault, yet they wouldn't take any money from me, despite them having taken their time to remove, inspect and replace the wheel and tyre - THEN they managed to squeeze in the repair of the tyre with the fault, despite being very busy on the Saturday (half day) before a Bank Holiday and my having agreed to taking it back when they were reopening - and they only charged me for the actual repair, not their wasted time!I can wholeheartedly recommend this company for helping me out so much, even as a first time customer. Took my car in as it had slow puncture. Very busy garage but still found time to investigate leak and replace faulty valve for free. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended.

Brilliant. For items that are absolutely essential and never cheap, Harry Park always manages complete on price. The online booking is really simple and the car is finished by the time they say. Easy for me to get to aswell.
