Lewis-Manning Hospice Care Charity Shop

There aren´t fitting rooms so you need to buy and try at home, which I have done many times but everytime I have to return something, there are many issues, complications to issue the refund, it takes ages as it is very slow. All this put you off from buying here. They don´t accept returns for bric and brac but you only find out if you wish to return something that you bought and it is defective, not fit for purpose. The main issue is a woman that is often at the till (probably in her late 50s, short brown hair, glasses) and has no respect whatsoever towards customers, she looks angry, she is confrontational and rude, I personally won´t be coming back to this shop because of this woman and is not really inviting that they don`t have a fitting room.Thank you for reading.

Like the Lewis manning shop the shop had lovely staff and nice things to buy.

Visited todayWell presented shop - prices are very highstaff friendly, manager very abrupt and could be read in the wrong way.

The great window display drew me in...the best charity shop in Westbourne by far!
