ECKA Kingsmere Lions Kickboxing

A fantastic family club that welcomes all ages and abilities. A friendly environment to get fit and learn self defence if you are so inclined the club also takes part in competitions and has a very successful Sparring & Freeform (Kata) team. My daughter has been going to classes for several years and has grown in confidence and leadership qualities and loves the encouraging and fun atmosphere. Sensei Adam is an excellent teacher that gets you to the level you want to achieve and beyond.

ECKA Kingsmere Lions Kickboxing is an amazing and friendly club for everyone, Sensei Adam Vinson is amazing instructor he helps you to gain confidence, meeting new friends getting active and discipline and to have lots of fun.

An excellent class for ALL abilities. My son loves this class! He's 10 and it helps him keep fit, learn discipline, socialise and meet new people, along with it being such a friendly supportive group. Everyone helps each other. Sensei Adam is a fantastic teacher and really takes pride in every single one of his students!Cheap on the pocket too!

Kings mere lions kickboxing, a fantastic club for children and adults of all levels of ability from beginner to novice to seasoned trainer you won’t find a better club . Ideal for anyone from 6 to 60 + who wants to keep fit and learn a bit of discipline and how to defend themselves in a relaxed and fun environment. The kids will love it and I would bet you adults would to ! Sensei Adam Vinson is a great trainer who will push those who want to be trained hard but also makes it a fun filled session for every one , I cannot recommend this club enough . If you or your children have ever fancied having a go at kickboxing give kings mere lions and sensei Adam a go … you won’t regret it
