The Real Bridgnorth Windows
Awful Customer Service. Twice I arranged for a viewing on a double glazed window to be replaced, twice they failed to turn up. Not the biggest job, but I would have preferred to have been told they didn't want it rather than waste my time waiting in for them. Obvioulsy their time is more important than mine.
