Glasses that I bought are the worst that I have had in 24 plus years.they hurt behind my ears and fall off if bending forward, also dangerous if driving as they only let me see straight ahead. Did email Specsavers but no reply. NEVER AGAIN.

No problem at all until after 2 weeks called to collect my 2 pairs of glasses as per the prescription. Both pairs incorrect delivered distance glasses which I don’t need . The prefer was for reading glasses only .14 days and 2 trips to Edinburgh now and still no glasses … not really impressed tbh

Andrew Rattray was absolutely amazing, very thoroughly checked my eyes, never had an optician so good very well mannered and so helpful, I also had Eilidh who was lovely as well, beautiful and gentle, very friendly service I would rate my experience 10/10, thank you to the both of them hope to get them again in the future.

Went for my routine eye test. Was very impressed with the customer service. All 3 staff members I saw were obviously happy at their work and very competent. I felt that I was in good hands and enjoyed choosing my new glasses. Great branch - thank you.

Came here ten mins before closing as I thought I had a contact stuck. All the staff were lovely and the optician thoroughly checked my eye. Turned out I'd managed to scratch my eye whilst removing my contact. The optician reassured me and helped calm me down as I was in a lot of pain. I'd recommend this place to everyone!

Staff were preofessional but still super friendly, eye exam was very thorough. Even though the store was very busy when I arrived, staff made me feel relaxed.

Just been to Specsavers with my mum and been hugely impressed with the quality of the eye test and consultation. The optometrist took his time to find out and address all my mum’s concerns about her eyesight in addition to making sure her vision could be corrected to 20:20. Highly recommended
