Masco Detailing did a full paint enhancement and ceramic coating to my Mk6 Golf R. They were very professional and conducted the job with a good eye for detail. Top quality professional place at very reasonable prices. Will use again!

What a great bunch of guys always happy to help and advise throughout. I explained what I wanted and Matt advised what was best for our car. When we picked up the car it looked better than the first day we got it, which surprised us. We then were taken through the best way to keep it looking its best. Cannot fault the work for these guys, would highly recommend and will be bringing any future cars over to the lads to clean and protect.

Matt and the team were very Professional. Booked my car in easily with Matt, once the team looked it over we agreed the work that was required and they turned the car around in great time and to an excellent standard. Really pleased and will be returning soon to get my interior ceramic coated... 5 Star Service !!

My experience here has been amazing from start to finish, explaining what they wouldbe doing from start to finish, advising on all different wrap options and treating my car as if it were there own. The result is fantastic with a highly finished, professional wrap that really makes my car look amazing. Don’t go anywhere else this beats anyone else hands down. Thanks lads.

Beware of this SCAMMER, do not send money he will scam and con you and run off with your money then message you saying the companies out of business , I ended up sending him large amount of money as he requested for me to pay upfront which I did. I kept on ringing him none stop as we agreed on what time I should bring my car over to him to get the work done . Next thing you know, he isn’t picking up more calls or messages run off with my money then messages me a few days later that the business is going into liquidation. Whatever you do , do not send this person money his done it to a lot of people . SCAMMER , what goes around comes around I hope you get what you truly deserve .

Had my car done by these guys a while back. Ordered via a promotion on the website. Poor communication in terms of what is available and massive delays in getting wraps ordered. Car was left with them for weeks with no updates on when stock would arrive unless chased up frequently. Would often ignore calls and not call back. Wrap itself appears to be installed well and is holding up. Overall very poor experience mainly due to lack of communication and no clarification on timeframes etc and significant delays. My friend cancelled his wrap due to selling car and going abroad and had significant problems with refunds too. Would not recommend at all - I would expect better customer care and when customers are paying thousands for wraps etc.

Took my C63s for a paint enhancement detail and ceramic coating. What can I say phenomenal service, extremely friendly and informative staff. And beyond amazing value! They have really bought the paintwork of my car come to life, Matt the owner even spent a considerable about of time just chatting cars with me as he’s just another petrol head with a passion for cars. Says a lot when a business owner takes time out of his day to make his customers feel welcome.

I took my new car to these guys and had front PPF, paint correction and ceramic coating. The person who did the work explained to me that there was a check up that was needed to make sure the PPF was not lifting, and to do some tidying of edges, remove the PPF from parking sensors etc. I was ghosted from that point onwards. Phone calls were rejected. Emails were ignored. I drove to their premises (they were formerly based in Warwick) to find it abandoned.Eventually the owner replied to my emails to say he would call me back - he never did. I was patient until I started to enquire about the business with their competitors and read reviews from other unfortunate customers - they did a runner. The worst thing is I would have happily travelled to their new premises if they had simply told me. Instead, they ignored me. The PPF is now lifting away and I'm having to get it replaced elsewhere - the money I gave these people I won't be getting back!Please avoid and find another detailer.

I found the team were very friendly and helpful when it came to choosing the options I had available. Each step was discussed in detail and at all times if I had any questions they were answered in full. I was emailed pictures of the progress and videos on how the car was looking. When I came to collect the car I was given a thorough walk around in the detailing bay and outside in the light. Top notch service and I am already trying to get booked in for more work!!

After damaging my car (gouges in the window scraper seals on two doors) and doing half the job I paid for (polish and coat done, chip repair not done) I was told it would be resolved quickly. I've been promised call backs that didn't come until I chased for days via email and text as they haven't answered my numerous calls since I paid them. It's been two and a half weeks, communication has broken down and there still isn't a date to fix it, so I've asked for a refund to allow me to get it fixed elsewhere - this hasn't been accepted. It has been made explicitly clear that because my car is a Skoda, fixing it isn't on the priority list. The quote to fix the damage from Skoda main dealer is £407 due to the rear seal being attached to the quarter glass, which is more than I paid for the work.EDIT (In reply to the reply by the business): No CCTV or pre work photos were shown to me (although I did show them photos with no damage taken prior to the work), I was told that they would sort it and invited back (and attended) so they could assess how much it would cost for them to replace the seal due to the damage - after this things halted. I was never given any refund or paint chip kit (I even just checked my bank account for incoming payments to be 100%). I wasn't aggressive in any manor, quite the opposite. Read the other 1* reviews and make your own mind up.
