They were able to do the home report in a timely manner, were responsive and made the process very easy. Excellent service. Great communication. Good price. We had to delay our building survey due to an issue with the vendors circumstances and Matt was very accommodating and quickly rearranged when we could move forward again. The survey was on the day it was booked and the report was delivered in 4 working days. The report was very detailed, had everything we wanted in it and was very well presented. Would recommend.
