Tesla Chester - I've had my Model S since 2019 (currently have 128,000 miles on the clock), which I bought second hand from Tesla. It's been my best car ever (I'm 52 Yrs old and BMWs were the 3 previous cars I have owned), Chester Tesla have secured my opinion that it's the only place I want to take the car when repairs or parts are required, the staff are very professional, informative, friendly and will go the extra mile to look after you (special shout-outs to Sue, Owen and Daley).Keep up the great work Tesla Chester.

Fantastic service, took my Model 3 for a few very small issues that were annoying me and that I knew they could fix, they were brilliant, they also said that they would like to replace a few parts that had been improved since my car had been manufactured which was fine by me.The member of staff that I spoke to after booking it in for service on the app asked me if I would like a particular Model as a loan car, I said that the only model I hadn’t tried was an X and sure enough he let me have one, that was a great experience!Anyway this service centre is fantastic, Teslas aftercare service wasn’t the best in the early days but they are definitely getting better in my opinion, I haven’t really had a bad experience yet.UpdateBack here again recently as needed a bearing replacing due to a minor on first MOT, nothing major these things happen, free on warranty, everyone helpful as ever and the updated Model 3 in red looks great up close.

It was my sons birthday and all he wanted to do was to look at the Teslas cars. We called in at the showroom and the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for making his day special, particularly to Daley who showed us the light show, my son was thrilled to bits!!

Called at Tesla Chester last week and found staff to be very helpful and welcoming. Test drive was arranged and I ended up ordering a car on line.I need to mention Haf Griffiths in particular who quickly resolved a small mistake I'd made with my order and who's manner and customer service was second to none.

Good experience while enquiring but ghosted after and order fee gone, against prior agreements. I enquired about a Model Y and Callum and his colleagues were very welcoming and they helped find a good model, right spec, good price, 5 stars to this point. I pointed out the financial situation and we discussed the best possible package and taking a punt to see if credit comes through, with an agreement that if it didn't go well my £200 order fee would be refunded. Credit did come through but on much less favourable terms (11% APR vs 4.9%)which made the purchase way more expensive and no longer suited to my situation so cancelled. I tried contacting following to discuss the refund we'd agreed if it didn't go well. I've had no reply unfortunately. If credit is a risk make sure you're happy to lose £200 if it doesn't go your way - despite what they may say. I expect there'll be a reply along the lines T&Cs etc. - I queried that specifically before agreeing to them and I was assured again there'd be a refund if it didn't go well.

I visited Tesla Chester on couple of occasion over the past few years (test drives & service visits). Cameron and the rest of the Tesla Team were always welcoming, helpful and knowledgable.During my most recent visit, Cemeron found me a great deal on my new Tesla Model Y and in lest than a week I was able to pick up my dream car.Five starts for the Tesla Chester Team, can’t recommend them enough!

I called in to Tesla Chester today as my car had a charging fault. The app had given me a date and time the following week but I was travelling to Europe before then and needed the problem sorting.Morgan at Chester emailed service while I waited and five minutes later Will asked if I had an hour to spare there and then . Two cups of (Yorkshire ) tea later and the problem was fixed together with a replacement part on the boot strut which just needed updating.The friendly and efficient service beyond the call of duty , from both Morgan and Will made for one very happy customer ( and shareholder ) !Pete Butterfield

Been wanting to test a model Y tesla for a while. Our sales person elle was fab, very friendly and no hard sales talk. We test drove the model Y performance and OMG! that thing is quick! They put a destination in for us to follow which was 20mins there and 20 mins back in the satnav. Really nice experience with tesla. Nice big comfy car and the software is first class. Will be ordering hopefully when we have moved into our own house.

Great service from Tesla Chester . Sales and service team are excellent. Cameron is great reassuring person. Honestly Tesla is 10 year ahead of any other manufacturer in every aspect. Thanks
