I’ve been here twice for battery replacement of Ipad and then Iphone. Both times great service and such a good price!! Only took the bloke 30 minutes to change the iPhone battery. Doesn’t get much quicker than thatHighly recommend!!!

I took my Pixel 6 in for a battery replacement as mine was swelling up. They took it in and said it would be a £50 job.A few days later I called to check on it, and they said the phone is ready for pickup. The reason they didn't call me was that they have apparently lost my phone number.Great news, I think, and I head to the shop. As soon as I get there, they get the card reader ready with £50 dialed in. I say I'd like to test the device first and immediately notice that it is barely functioning. The power button doesn't always turn the screen on and when it does eventually turn on, it is unresponsive to touch. In essence, it is almost unusable. I highly doubt their engineers didn't spot such obvious issues, but they said nothing about it before pointing the card reader at me.I leave the phone with them again and they eventually send it to a motherboard engineer somewhere else. Apparently, the problem is that the faulty battery was sending too much power to the motherboard which somehow introduced these issues. More than a week later, I finally got my phone back, still broken.I took it to iSmash, where they diagnosed it and replaced my screen. It works perfectly fine again and the whole process took me just over a day. I did end up paying £180 for the new screen, and I believe the damage could have been avoided, it had no issue when I handed it in and even when I came into the shop at some point.If you need any more serious repairs, I recommend a more reputable shop, you might save money in the long run.Edit: The store lies in their response, the phone was not in my possession from the moment I bought it in to when I took it from them more than a week later. At no point did I take it out of the store. I initially gave them two stars but I'm now downgrading them to one for the outright lie.

Whole left side of my phone screen had started to come away from the body of the phone, Green fuzzy images appearing on screen etc.Took the phone in, staff immediately identified problem and priced job on the spot. Couldn’t be happier with the result, took under an hour to fix and got me out of a pinch! Highly recommend!
