I would like to say a massive thank you for the wonderful job you’ve done with my watch, it’s my most favourite piece of jewellery and I hate taking it off. My wife purchased a stunning watch for me 6 years ago from Oscar at the watch agency and the process at the time was a real pleasure. I recently contacted them as the watch needed a service and Oscar answered the phone which was reassuring in itself , he arranged the service and refurbishment and it has come back like new. The experience once again was a pleasure and flawless from start to finish. This is a company I would highly recommend for the purchase service or after care any make of luxury watch.
