Exceptional, friendly and excellent customer service. Thank you to Melissa and Ella for supporting my young friend. I really appreciate your friendly manner and will continue to recommend the store, it has a variety of lingerie, sleep wear and so on. Accessible for a wheel chair use, each changing room has a name with a choice of lighting to view your underwear .

I visited the store yesterday. We were served by Lynsey and she was fantastic.Smiley. Chatty. Selling mindset. Interacted with us very well. Credit to your company. Hopefully she will be on a management course very soon!

Fantastic products but shocking customer service. The ladies working there were far more interested in talking about someone's boyfriend breaking up with someone and looked highly inconvenienced that my wife needed help with sizing. When paying it felt like drawing blood from a stone would have been easier to do than have a slightly pleasant thank you from the staff. Think they were more interested in getting back to chatting with each other

Visited the reading store today. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and helped me find the correct size bra. Sometimes I have trouble getting the size I need but here they went out of their way to help me. Will definitely be returning to buy more items here lovely lingerie too

Had a wonderful shopping experience here at the Reading store! The staff are super friendly and worked hard to give me the 7 panties for £30 deal although it was only available online. Felt appreciated to be a customer there and I recommend this place for anyone! :)
