Jopson's could not have been more helpful throughout the process of purchasing a new watch. They were prompt in responding, answered all my questions, sent videos of the watch and when we agreed on a price, dispatched special delivery and it was with me the next day. A fantastic jewellers! I purchased a very specific vintage 1950s Rolex and found Jason at Jopsons to be not only knowledgeable but also a very helpful and kind person. His professional outlook and clear passion for horological matters shone through the entire experience. Far from making me feel uncomfortable or intimidated by the vintage Rolex vibe, Jason made the experience normal and pleasant as if I was shopping with a knowledgeable friend rather than buying from a stranger. I could not recommend Jopsons enough, customer service was first class, as was everything else for that matter.

I was looking to part exchange my Tudor Black 58 against a new or very lightly used Tudor Pelagos 39. After searching on Chrono 24 I came across Jopson’s who were advertising a P39. I emailed out of hours to enquire about the part ex, and the same evening Jason responded by email. A couple of hours later we had agreed a deal.Jason’s communication was superb, the watch was in mint condition and exactly as described and photographed, and on the day of collection he was delighted to show me some other watches from their impressive inventory. Nothing was too much trouble.An excellent, professional service from true enthusiasts.Thank you!

The staff were really helpful as I needed advice on my late husband's watches. They found a lovely strap so I could use one of them. They also got my watch fixed up with a new battery. As well as a lovely range of jewellery, Jopson's have some genuinely good value pre-owned items - gave me excellent guidance. I was really happy with my visit - will use them again from now on - can't recommend the staff enough. Thank you.
