When looking for flowers for our wedding, my wife and I found a florist called Amaryllis. We liked how knowledgeable the florist was and how she was able to provide the exact flowers we had planned for our wedding. Two days before our wedding we called to make sure all was going well. We realised the number we called to book flowers was actually for a florist called Amaryllis in Leeds, England and not Amaryllis in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland. My wife was devasted when we realised our mistake. Helen from Amaryllis said she would give us a refund and she was going to call florists in Enniskillen to see if one could fulfil our order on short notice. While neither we nor Helen could find a florist in Enniskillen that could fulfil our order on short notice, she reassured us that she contacted the post office and could post the flowers for next day delivery. My wife and I were so thankful for Helen for going beyond our wildest expectations for a florist by searching for florists in Enniskillen even after offering us a full refund. The flowers arrived hours before the wedding perfectly intact and beautifully arranged. We thought we booked the wrong florists by accident, but we really booked the perfect florist because of Helen’s dedication and empathy.Conor & Samantha

Following a recent bereavement a couple of friends chose Amaryllis when there were wanting to send us sympathy flowers . The floral displays were beautiful and have lasted longer than I’d have thought. As we were so impressed with this florist we opted to use them for our funeral flowers . We were not disappointed, the display was exactly as expected , it was beautiful . The service we received was exceptional, right from our phone call to order, to the compassionate and considerate gentleman who delivered. You get my order every time from now on . First class in our opinion .

Amaryllis provided exceptional customer service. Easy and quick communication given that we did the order by e-mail and phone. Helen provided guidance on my requirement and delivered an amazing floral arrangement for my daughters 18th Birthday. Amaryllis even delivered the arrangement early for me to catch my daughter before she went to work.Amaryllis removed my stress for the order and made a young lady very happy. Would recommend to anyone and i will be using again when sending flowers in the area.

I have used Amaryllis several times now and most recently they did the funeral flowers for my Mum. They did the Mum letters in cream flowers with pink posies on which was stunning and they did a gorgeous cat face as a tribute to my Mums cat from a photo which was wonderful and everyone commented on it too. I can’t thank them enough for their efficiency and on how beautiful the flowers were. I will definitely continue to use Amaryllis for all my flowers.

I would highly recommend Amaryllis Floral Design. My husband and I live in Canada but last minute needed to arrange a small wedding reception for our family in England who were unable to travel. Helen was quick to respond to my emails and to provide her expertise in deciding on and arranging the perfect vases - asking about venue set up and preferences. Due to the rush and our own floral ignorance we were fairly vague in what we wanted, providing only a handful of inspiration photos and a color scheme, and Helen and the team still pulled out a stunning arrangement. Thank you all for helping to create a beautiful and festive space!

Would highly recommend Amaryllis Florists as over many years have always received beautiful flowers and plants. Service is excellent and very friendly and obliging staff.

I'm terribly indecisive and can never decide what flowers I want or need. Louise at Amaryllis knows exactly what would be my best options after a little information and I'm always more than happy with the end result. Flowers always fresh and last for ages as well as looking gorgeous. Definitely recommend.

I buy a bunch of flowers for my wife every six weeks or so. Our anniversary last week so I splashed out on a very pretty ready made bunch of flowers, £40, seemed a lot but perhaps that’s the price.Two carnations were dead on arrival and the whole bunch only lasted 7/10 days.I am no expert in this matter, I normally get and expect a couple of weeks.Given the price and my experience, will not be shopping there again.
