First time visit to Keynell, took the my granddaughter to the woodland walk and a visit to Santa's. Marvellous. Highly recommended this time of year for festive vibe

Christmas shop review: Been coming here for many many years. Like so many of these things, as soon as it becomes popular the numbers become unsustainable and quality takes a dip. The quality and variation/quantity of the decorations on sale this year were really poor and yet still too many people roaming to make it comfortable. As it is now, I don't quite get the appeal, it used to be much better! :/ Preferred Chessington Garden Centre for both presentation, product originality and quality of food.

The garden centre was great with plenty to satisfy all gardeners. We stopped off at the cafe, which was very clean and welcoming, the food was hot and well presented. Only gripe is food a little on the pricey side but at least the sausages were decent quality.

Keydell Nurseries is a great day out to enjoy a big nursery full of plants, animal food and gardening products. The Christmas period is great and it is lovely to visit it and the staff is really nice.On the other side, the prices are very big, a good quality Christmas tree takes around £300 out of the pocket compared to similar quality from other high street vendors of about £100.The Christmas decorations are special and unique, but again expensive.

This was my first visit and I loved it. Nice, healthy plants at competitive prices. A good selection of garden features. I brought a large metal windmill but will be going back once the gardens are ready for planting and decorating. There is so much choice and the staff were helpful and friendly, I just had to buy something lol.

I paid for a family ticket for Halloween walk about, thinking it would be nice to take my two grandchildren, aged 2yrs and 5year old. There was no age limit as it says one year old go free.Soon as I stepped into the Halloween walkabout my 2year old granddaughter was so frightened I had to take her out. She was crying and saying she was scared. Took me half an hour to claim her down. My partner carried on round. He was horrified of what he saw and said he it should be age appropriate. The picture that he took was a pregnant lady with her guts hanging out showing the babies head.I understand Halloween is meant to be scary but this is not for young family of young children to see.

Booked for this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. Not to busy and plenty of time to look at the lights and displays. We spent just over half an hour walking through with the grandson who loved it, then onto the cafe for some refreshments, good coffee and the baps are really nice. Pleasant friendly staff this made for a really good afternoon outing. 10/10
