We visited Suzanne today and what a fantastic, educated woman she is. Suzanne has provided me with so much information, which makes complete sense as to why I am having issues with feeding my son.She cut his tongue tie, and that combined with educating me on feeding him I have already noticed a big change. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Sorted my child’s tongue tie immediately following an assessment. Suzanne is the only health professional who has completed a tongue tie assessment on my son, despite his tongue tie being spotted at birth and mentioned to many professionals! So glad I made the decision to go private!

Suzanne is amazing. I was told by multiple people my daughter didn’t have a tongue tie so I kept trying and trying to get her to breastfeed but she couldn’t, finally at 3 weeks old, went to Suzanne who confirmed she did. We did the surgery and I still have problems breastfeeding but Suzanne wouldn’t give up on us and have had follow up sessions to try and get this to work. She gives such valuable advice and had truly given me hope this is possible! Couldn’t rate her highly enough. My advice is, if you are having any breastfeeding problems go see Suzanne, and go as soon as you can!

Suzanne was really lovely and welcomed us into her surgery. She reassured us that our little boys tongue tie could be sorted. It was great to feel validated when other medical professionals said he didn’t have a tongue tie. It also helped heal my experience with my other children who also have tongue ties. I was made to believe I didn’t know what I was talking about with other medical professionals. Suzanne was great with our son, the procedure was quick and we got him on the breast quickly after. Since the procedure he has been a bit fussy but he has had a good feed at home. Hoping it continues over the coming days. Really appreciated Suzanne’s gentleness, she is caring and kind and you can see she has a passion for what she does. Highly recommend her services.

I can’t recommend Suzanne highly enough - we are 4 days past tongue tie release and I can honestly say that meeting with Suzanne has saved our breastfeeding journey.Suzanne performed the procedure without any distress to our daughter and helped with positioning. We have followed her advice at home and both myself and baby are far more comfortable and I’m now able to enjoy breastfeeding after a rocky start.Suzanne is a really lovely lady and we felt immediately at ease with her. Suzanne took the time to understand our situation and clearly explained all information and rationale to us. She was kind and friendly and made both us as parents and our baby feel at ease. The procedure was efficient and she supported feeding afterwards. There was no pressure to do anything but her knowledge allowed us to make an informed decision. We would really recommend.

Suzanne saved our breastfeeding journey and I’d recommend her to anyone needing support.I went to see her, in desperation, for some latch and positioning support, not understanding what I was doing wrong. She immediately diagnosed that our son had a tongue tie (and also that I did, which I was unaware of), which the hospital told me he didn’t have. She gave us some breastfeeding positional advice, to see if we could manage feeding without having the release procedure performed, which isn’t always necessary. I returned to Suzanne 2 weeks later and we agreed the procedure was necessary as feeding had only slightly improved with positioning adjustments. After the procedure, my son fed better instantly and my pain reduced dramatically.Suzanne made me feel instantly at ease and she was truly like a “knight in shining armour”. She showed me how to empower my baby to latch rather than following the usual guidelines about latching technique, which hadn’t helped us at all. Thank you so much, Suzanne, I’ll be forever grateful!
