We shop here every Saturday and always buy a French stick (baguette). Until very recently these and a selection of rolls have been baked on site. They were delicious and very popular. Why oh why have they stopped this and started getting them in from one of their suppliers. I bought one today and it was as hard as nails. In fact I could have knocked nails in with it. Don't think we'll be going there again. Its a shame though as it was convenient.

They asked me to take my mask off to look at my face buying beers. Then were shocked when I reminded them that we are in a pandemic and that I'm not taking it off inside the store but would be happy to show them outside the store. The zombie behind the counter, I call her a zombie because she had very little conscious thought, refused to comprise and called the manager. Who fortunately had a brain and agreed to me showing her outside. Never met staff anywhere who's stupidity or wilful ignorance be so dangerous. Completely unacceptable.

Since moving to Branston I've not had a bad experience in the store yet. Great friendly staff and positioned slap bang between my work and the pub.

They are not open the times you say they are you need to amend this. The pharmacy is great but I feel you may confuse people

This shop is very well used by the local community. Lincs coop also uses a number of local suppliers for bakery, deli and other products which is a real bonus.It’s friendly but could do with a few self service tills
