Quick easy and nice staff the one star reviews are wrong as most places do the same with the bags

Staff were nice so cannot give one star, but if your looking for a secure place to store your luggage this place is not it. I don’t normally review places but I feel like others should know where they may be storing their luggage. Like another user has commented, the luggage is simply just kept at the side of the counter, however, the side of the counter is right next to where anybody can reach and grab the luggage. There was no security for our luggage at all and no tags or names kept on the luggage. We were given the confirmation online from booking but received no receipts or anything proving we had given our bags into storage. This way anybody could have picked up our bags. It is great that it is in the center of town, but I feel as there are more secure places to hold luggage within the center of town as well. Sorry but will not be returning due to the lack of security over luggage.

Brilliant service, £12 for two suitcases for the day. Right in the city centre and they put special tamperproof ties on your bags. Would use again.

I was a little unsure at first cause the bags are literally stored to the right of the cash desk. I did get a confirmation email confirming id left the bags. Staff were friendly and the bag was exactly where I left it when I came back. All for £6. Right in the middle of town centre too...Ill definitely use again. Thank you.

It was OK but not very secure I dropped our case off,so we could do a bit of shopping. Had to book it on line even though I was in the shop. He just took my case and put it behind a counter the other end of yhe shop. When we returned it was a different person and he looked blank at me,I had to tell him whereabouts it was. OK but not very secure.

I wouldn’t really recommend this service unfortunately.You are paying for your bag to be secure but when I arrived they didn’t bother to look at my confirmation email, they just took my bag and put it onto a chair by the front door of the shop.I don’t usually pipe up about anything, I don’t complain etc but I said “you’re just leaving my bag there…” and he said “yes” and I said “I’m not very happy or comfortable with that, is there nowhere you can keep this behind the counter?” And he said no. I asked again and he simply said no. There was no tag or anything added to my bag either for identification.If you didn’t have to pay online I would’ve asked for my money back and said forget it but I’d paid. There was nothing of value in my bag so I decided to leave it even though it did upset me, but if I had anything of value I would’ve never left it.I called the company and told them how I felt, I was just told that’s how it is at most of their shop locations… he said bags are usually left on the shop floor but the main thing is that there is CCTV so if anything is missing you’d know. That’s just not acceptable to me, you may not realise if something is missing until you’re home and I don’t want that risk in the first place!The next unacceptable thing which happened was that when I collected my bag they didn’t check my ID or ask my name. They just asked “which one is your bag?” and gave it to me, and it wasn’t the same staff as when I dropped my bag off so they didn’t know who I was and if I was telling the truth…It’s put me off using this kind of service again. It just didn’t feel secure at all.

We didn’t end up using them. The store front is a phone repair shop. When we asked where is city spare luggage, they said they can do £6 a bag. Well we have 4 bags…. Not sure if this would be a deal, since it was our first time trying a place to store luggage… you can gauge for yourself. Our experience was one star.

Wasmt the safest way to store a bag I has nothing valuable so wasn't that bothered booked online nice and easy. Went to shop and they just dumped it on an sofa behind a counter in the shop
