Almost had all the stuff I needed, could only find thick sliced smoked bacon and not unsmoked. And couldn't get bread with oats in. Quickly through checkout, cashier helpful and friendly.

Parking spaces too small so when theusal clientele turn up in their range rovers inevitably people can't park in the adjacent space. Wouldn't matter if it wasn't a small car park to begin with.

This is my fortnightly shop home, as I do my daily shopping on the Gloucester Road. I like the proximity, quality and the friendly efficient service. It is pricey but worth it

Parking is good, but during busy periods the bays get filled quickly, especially the parent and child and disabled bays.Store is bright and airy.Staff are friendly.Had the majority of items I needed, missed a few as out of stock.Store was clean and not too busy, but I did choose a quiet time to shop as I know this one does get very busy.

Usual Waitrose however I am getting fed-up of being racially profiled by some of the security guards and followed around. I am a 38yrs old professional dressing smart casual most days, I shop in that store a few times per week, never had any issues. And yet a couple of the security guard are following me around the store. Yesterday the bloke was literally trying to spy on me from behind a corner… It was ludicrous and insulting. The only reason I can think of is the colour of my skin. I have always had polite interactions with the associates at checkout and when picking-up Amazon Parcels. I don’t think I will shop in that store much often.

Must be the worst Waitrose in the SW. Hardly any stock, poorly laid out, dirty. It looks like they are running a “try before you buy” scheme with the spice section.Wish I lived near the Portishead store.
