The moving process went smoothly and was handled very professionally.This is my first home and I really felt reassured and looked after, everything was explained thoroughly in a way I could understand which I appreciated as for me it was such a huge step in my life. The house itself was cleaned and fixed up before moving in which also made things easier for me.The owner Dee is friendly and available to contact for any issues which are solved asap,which I also really appreciate.I would highly recommend Lock&Key and their team. The owner of Lock and Key Dee is a God sent to me. I met Dee toward the end of my first property project. My builder left at the time and Dee managed to organise for completion of the rest of the project. She is so knowledgeable and is an asset to any landlord, especially new investors. She is not your regular letting agent, any problem in your property is her problem. She has helped me a lot and without her expert advise, I definitely would have had a less positive experience. She is always available any time you need her. Lock and Key found me a tenant within 2 weeks of advertising and tenant moved in within 5 weeks which is pretty quick. Apart from Dee, I have met other Lock and Key team and they are all simply amazing. When you have a positive and supportive owner, that energy radiates down to the workers. The property world is hard as you know so it is important to have a very experienced and caring letting agent like Lock and Key to help you get through.

My Buy to let is in Blackburn, but I live 30 miles away. Gave Dee the contract to manage my property as I've no time to chase workmen and do repairs on the property. So left it all in her hands. What can I say. She exceeded my expectations. New boiler, roof and guttering jobs done within a week. Highly recommended Dee for your property management services.

Just started a tenancy agreement with this estate agent. I can honestly say they are really good. If you need any jobs doing there are to support you and ensure they get done.The communication is really good as they back to rapidly. I would recommend anyone who wants to rent a property out with this estate agent to do so as the feel looked after and happy.
