Style over substance was the overall theme.Parking is a bit of a pain as couldn't park in college carpark and had to park near the Tesco express not much of a problem unless it was raining but turn up and walk into a very nice looking and well decorated room, seats are comfortable decor is on point and even being a cold Saturday night and is normally a summer roof open place was very warm and cosy but that's basically where anything good stops!I'm not saying I wouldn't go back again but not until some changes are made and first and by far the most important sort your staff out for owners your staff should reflect you and your passion for your business but unfortunately here the staff are wooden and nearly non existent especially as there was plenty of them there wondering around aimlessly but when they would make any sort of eye contact and got to speak to one they was verging on rude some of them especially the young man at the desk where you had to pay one word stroppy word coming out of his mouth put the nail in the coffin as you leave your irmak lounge experience, id recommend either giving your staff some training in hospitality as I was when I was younger or get rid of them completely and go the route of letting people order from there phone at the table.When it comes to the food again insta and social media set a high bar and we were excited to eat here but allas it disappointed we ordered a mix lamb main as a share starter for us 3 big guys not a problem size wise but was lacking in much flavor change across the meat all tasted the same but not to unpleasant, then before we could finish with meat still on our plates here come the t bone steaks and were rushed to clear our starter while staff stood over us with big boards containing our main course that is not ok and again would be resolved with having competent staff who can keep the kitchen informed with timings and progress of customers meals people.dont mind waiting for their food in-between courses as long as they are looked after offered a drink or even just acknowledged. Now the steak It looked pleasing to the eye as my picture will show and two of them were ok if not being very thick or a good cut of meat (something to discuss with your supplier) but mine was awful I wouldn't say just over cooked I would probably imagine due the the structure of the meat that it was from frozen stock there was nothing about the main course to pull a positive from me unfortunately, in telling a member of staff this they were taken aback and wasn't sure what to do BUT and she's why I upped the service here to two stars the young girl with the nose piercing I didn't get her name she came over apologized and obviously talked to the owners and as I told her I wasn't interested in anymore food informed me that the steak would be taken off the bill so delt with that very well.As it was a long awaited meet up with friends we didn't let this dampen our spirits but instead continued our evening with dessert which looked and tasted very nice in a cheesecake and the Turkish coffee was a nice ending the the night, then it still as mentioned earlier comes to leaving and having to communicated with the man at the desk and that's not what any restaurant should have as a welcome or as a farewell as it's the last thing customers remember as they walk out of the glitzy doors and and it will be a night we will remember it not for many good reasons at all.

I dined at this restaurant for my birthday with my family.We booked a table on a Monday evening and it was quiet y the time but it was perfect for us.The staff and owner were pleasant and attentive.The food was lovely and we all enjoyed our meal.I was spoilt with an amazing birthday baclava dessert was soo delicious!Thank you all, we’ll be back!

Bit expensive food was ok not well cooked in burgers still the meat smell was there, food was average, and they charging service charges for more than 6 people, without any information, that's bit worried, but atmosphere and service was too good.

Absolutely love the food atmosphereIt was an ifftar dinner for my friend and her family. Lovely presentation.We didn't even ask them for ifftari fruit platter they gave us water, dates and fruits for free that is very kind and lovely gesture.My guest were really happy with the food and atmosphere we all really enjoyed ourselves.Thank you so much Irmak lounge team.Highly recommended we will be coming again really soon.Thank you once again.

Nice food and great Turkish restaurant! The food is all of good quality. Definitely worth visiting as it has a nice vibe and ambiance. The grilled meats I tried had a lovely marinade and Smokey flavour. The place looks small from the outside but inside it is very deceiving! There is also a shisha 5* overall!

Friendly, welcoming staff and high quality service. They accommodated us even though it was busy. Great food and drinks. Beautiful decor and separate area for shisha that's closed off. Choice of payment by cash or bank transfer. Would recommend Irmak Lounge.

I visited this restaurant with a friend for a late lunch. I had very high expectations for this place. However, I was left disappointed by not only the food not being up to standard but also the lack of attentiveness of the staff, especially considering we were one of two customers there.The only reason I gave this a 2 star was because there was a special offer on the shisha and also the venue looked decent. I requested the service charge to be removed because it was lacking.

Went there (24/10/22) for dinner with my partner.The service was incredible and food came really quickly .The shop was really nice and clean, very modern decor and great for pictures.The food was really tasty. Their baklava was one of the best baklavas I ever had, really warm and soft.Thank you for the amazing service.I remember these guys when they used to run Jenny’s in Luton, many years ago. It is great to see them do very well and become really successful. Well done to all of them.

I couldn’t recommend this restaurant anymore if I tried. The customer service and attention to detail was astonishing. Zaq went above and beyond to ensure my friends proposal was beautiful.The whole team were so lovely and friendly creating a very welcoming atmosphere.I will definitely be visit the restaurant again.
