me and two friends came in and caused no end of hassle trying out tents in the store- store manager Nathan was incredibly helpful and gracious the entire time.

Sadly didn't have boots to fit, but I'm giving 5 stars as the shop assistant was so very helpful. She usually works in Tonbridge Wells but had been moved to Brighton to help out

Absolutely superb service from Nathan and Otis at Brighton Millets today. My camping light is about 20 years old and suddenly stopped working. It's a really good, sturdy light and I was loathe to just throw it out. I took it to a DIY shop and two other camping shops and in every shop, the assistants just looked at it and said dunno".
