Twice I've been in; once for a key cutting and once for a watch battery replacement. Twice they have accommodated immediately and charged a very reasonable fee. Recommended!

Not a pleasant experience. Walked in to enquire about a key and said hello to which I got a glare and an aggressive “Can you wait outside.” I popped down at 4.30pm, granted the shop closes at 5pm but the door was open with the opening times stating the shop closed at 5, hence me going in to enquire. Didn’t think it was called for to be spoken to like that because the staff member had decided to cash up early? Would have been nice to have the same common courtesy of politeness that I showed.
