Mixed experience. Some staff are friendly and helpful, others are hostile. Don't leave laundry unattended, even in the driers, it could go missing as mine did.

Clean , serviced machines and knowledgeable staff . Not many laundry washing facilities as good as this place . Stand out in SW London at least

They are very rude. And choose who they want to be friendly to. The last time I went in there, that was the last time I decided never ever to go there and dry my clothes. The kind of attitude they gave me was very bad. The moment I worked in, am the first to greet them and the respond I get back was unpleasant. Their customer service was very bad.I have found a different place where I get serviced like a human being.

I really like this place. I often talk to Pat&Pat while getting my laundry dry.A star is missing just because a place like this could have a coin dispenser. A lot of people struggle with having the right change and it must me exhausting for Pat&Pat to be managing the cash float with loads of people turning up with either bank notes or just cards. A coin dispenser with ability to pay with card would make the whole experience much smoother for everyone .

I cam back to this Clapham institution after an extended trip away .It is always a joy to chat with Pat B, Pat and Libby .Always so helpful and kind .A real gem of a place now sadly disappearing in London .
