I had a great first experience here! I found the other roller bladers to be very helpful to beginners, and staff were also friendly. Great atmosphere - I hope to be back soon! Only small issue was that the entrance was quite hard to find, some better signage would help with this.

All I can say is this was a fun, fun, fun experience! No skating experience needed, positive vibes and music, great customer service and everyone just seemed nice - more experienced skaters were happy to help newbies. They have a bar which sells soft drinks, alcohol and they also sell food.

My daughter attended over the weekend for a party with friends and had a fun time skating. However the young female bar staff that was serving had a bad attitude and was very rude and abrupt towards them.Its very unproffessional and unnecessary. People are attending to have a good time, including good customer service.

It was a barrel of fun. My daughter kept falling and they were very helpful, coming over frequently and making sure she was okay and helping her back up because I wasn’t any better aha. A nice little family friendly find, will definitely be back when next in Birmingham.

Very friendly staff definitely would go again! Only small thing is the flooring is like joined flat wood I was expecting a continuous smooth surface like roller jam but the skate was fine. There’s no parking but there’s a cheap large car park across the road. Happy skating!

I went with my friends.Overall it was a great experience however when I gave my coat to them and got it back part of my coat melted I only realised when I got home . I don’t know where they put my coat . It was my favourite coat aswell :(

Skating staff were lovely, very friendly and supportive for new beginners. Would go back for the skating staff. As for the young man at the bar, he was very rude. Ignored me multiple times when I spoke to him, and overcharged me on a drink. Unfriendly attitude for no reason. Apart from that the atmosphere was lovely, and would come back again. But not to be around the lack of basic customer service from that staff member.

Really enjoyed it. Been here many times and will definitely be making it a weekly activity. Ace and King are very warm and welcoming.Keep it up. Plus the food is sooo tasty!

Love attending here for roller skating classes, you are able to go at your own pace no judgement. Teachers are excellent and patient couldn't wish for better. Everyone I've met has been absolutely lovely. I would definitely recommend. X
