Had a fantastic experience with this company. From the first contact, they were so quick to respond, and answered all my questions. My household had never hired a cleaning company before, and were dealing with a lot of nerves- to the point we considered cancelling- but this was handled with true kindness and professionalism. Once we were all reassured (truly, a feat of miracle-work from Niamh), and the cleaning went ahead, all doubts vanished and we are now so happy to be living in such a beautifully clean home! We will hire Bright & Beautiful Grays again and again.
