I am only giving 1 star because you cannot give zero, this company is beyond pathetic. My phone line as been disconnected by Virgin, I have made numerous calls, I have had 2 engineer visits yet after 2 weeks it’s still not working. Both engineers have confirmed that the phone as been disconnected by Virgin, today he rang the technician and she reinstated my phone line in less than 5 minutes, this is the 3rd time in the 2 week period it has been reinstated and now 6 hours later it’s off again. Rang customer support it will be another 48 hours as they can only send a request to have it reinstated. Do not take out a contract with Virgin Media I have been a customer 8 years, never again

Avoid this pathetic company. Broadband is frequently offline, TV is frequently blocky. When the service works it is very good, but it is just too unreliable and when there are problems, the customer service experience is just awful. Useless self-help options on web pages, frustrating automated telephone service. It is almost impossible to speak to a real person, and when you do they just work from a script, don't take responsibility, and can't seem to do very much other than tell you to turn your equipment off and on, even when it is obvious the issue is with their network. Just awful, depressing, frustrating, insulting service.

Disrespectfull, and discusting services, no answering calls, no messages, no way to contact them, and the biggest problem they taking money from my account twice , without my permission.Payment date is also not the same day how it is saying!

Signed up to their deal £23/month for 18 months. I had a 2 week cooling off period. Within a week of my cooling off period ending they increased my broadband payments to £36/month. I phoned up to complain and they stated that they’ve increased my bill in-line with inflation. I stated that my bill has increased by 55% which is much higher than inflation. They said my bill is actually £70 and I’m just on a discounted rate which makes it £23/month. However the inflation is based on the full £70 before any discounts are applied so my bill has only increased by around 14%. Such a sly way of operating a business. They also stated that it’s confirmed in the T&C’s that bills will go up with inflation and through this process. I had no leg to stand on and I’m now stuck paying £36/ for the remaining 17 months.I’m on the phone as I write this to cancel the contract and face a early cancellation charge but out of principle I’ll pay it and go elsewhere. You’ll never have my business again.What an extremely sly way of getting money out of peoples pocket.Edit: I’ve now gone to sky where I get Broadband, phone, TV and Netflix for £34/month, plus theyll pay my cancellation charge with virgin and they’ve sent confirmation that they’ll be no price increase for the duration of the contract. See ya virgin you scam artists :D

GOD Awful company ! Avoid like the Plague !! I wish I could give ZERO Stars. Their customer services are based in the Phillipines, which the last time I checked was on the other side of the Fvckin Planet !!! AVOID !!!!!

Don't sign an internet contract with Virgin. I signed the contract at the end of July. In September, a technician who only knew how to install a socket on the wall arrived and said that a team would come in three days and install the cable. They set the date three times and three times they didn't show up and they wanted me to pay for a service they didn't provide. They ignored my complaints at the customer service office, disconnecting the calls and saying they would call the manager. It's the end of October and I still don't have internet from this company. It's very sad when children ask why there is no Internet, I told them how Virgin ignores customers.
