Downton Vets

Always had good experience at Downton Vets. The vets are patient, understanding, appear to care about my cat and explain things well.

Very pleasant experience taking my two cats for check-ups and vaccinations. Easy to get to, but parking a little tight. Staff very helpful. Very happy.

It definitely felt friendly, with all the staff caring about pets. It’s in quiet part of town, which is useful, but parking is limited.

Downton vets were so helpful, kind and professional. They took great care of my cat and were very friendly. Also providing great health care plans for pets making costs more affordable. I am very happy with the service they provide.

Very happy withe everything and everyone at the Downton practise. Yulia has been looking after my 1 Year old Golden Retriever since she was born.Everyone at the practise makes me and my pup welcome, is always very caring towards us both. This vets are very pleasant, polite and courteous to both human and animal. They saw me and my pets soon after my initial call and provided a service that went above and beyond. Truly recommended.

I was looking after a friends dogs whilst they were on holiday. I knew Duwnton was their vets snd so when one of the dogs fell very poorly I contacted the vets immediately. They were very understanding and so very helpful. They gave me an apt that day and checked the dog over thoroughly. They gave me some advice and some medicine and said they needed to see her in a couple of days. When I returned they agreed with me that the dog was still poorly and after another examination gave me some tablets for her. Within days she was nearly her normal bouncy self and even started waggling her tail; I knew she was getting better.I could not have asked for a more helpful and kind vet practice. They did not rush the apt and took great care of the doggie.Only downside is the very limited parking but the service from the vets far outweighs any parking problems we may had had.

I would highly recommend Downton Vets. The receptionist is very pleasant on the phone & in person. My appointment was made quickly & efficiently. The Vets & assistant were happy, kind & gentle with my 2 cats. They all are very welcoming.

Staff were brilliant and made my puppy's visit special. She enjoyed it so much she did not want to leave. A good start for her confidence in future visits.
