Premier Inn London Bromley hotel

Perfectly located for Bromley centre. Can't fault the hotel. Modern, clean, great air conditioning given we stayed in a heat wave, and excellent value cooked or continental breakfast at a small extra charge. Definately will be staying there again when we come visit.

I want to say a huge thank you to Roy and Natalia for their exceptional customer service skills and kindness. A corporate client had booked for me to stay as a guest and something went spectacularly wrong with the booking half way through my stay, which caused me a lot of distress. Natalia sorted everything discreetly and professionally. She saw to it personally that I was taken care of and the error corrected, even though it wasn't even the hotel's fault. Thank you so so much.

I recently stayed at this Premier Inn in Bromley and had a great experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The rate for two people with breakfast was also very reasonably priced for Greater London. We stayed here to attend a festival in Beckenham so the location was perfect. Unfortunately, on Sunday morning during breakfast, someone smoking in their bedroom set off the fire alarm. The staff handled the situation calmly and professionally and evacuated us all from the building safely. The staff was also very hospitable and helpful. The kitchen prepared a delicious vegetarian breakfast for me in a timely manner. All in all, I would definitely stay here again, and I'd like to thank the staff for their great service.

Had a good stay here, beds were comfortable apart from the sofa bed, child did not have a good night sleep on that. Parking was okay, don't think the signs are very clear so did not know where to park, had to speak to staff to be told that you can park anywhere but most premier inns, you have selected parking bays so better signage would be an improvement. Very near to local shops and places to eat. Breakfast was great as usual. Staff very helpful, thank you.

Have never been to a hotel that is hard to locate for delivery drivers. Very confusing. Made us wait in line for check in and after 6 minutes said oh you can use the self check in if you want".The pillows weren't the best at all. But the room in general wasn't bad.Good lights and mirrors in each room. The shower needs a manual and patience to handle.Customer service for the bar and restaurant is really good with nice staff .Good location to the train station ( 6 minutes walk)"

Had a short pleasant stay in a family room. The Premier Plus room (5 &6th floor) was modern and clean. The buffet breakfast had good options for £10 per person and was better than expected. Parking was discounted at £5 in the adjacent car park (hotel staff will adjust your ticket). Nando's and Vue close by

Great location to get to Bromley South Station. All automated so didn't see any staff. Room was ok though the shower wasn't great and leaked everywhere due to poor fitting curtain and the bed was very uncomfortable. Was cold in the night and no blanket or extra cover available

We recently stayed for 2 nights in room 422. Immediately on entering we were overwhelmed by the very unpleasant odour coming from drains or air con unit. The room and shower room were not clean, no tea bags, and 2nd night only one bath towel. Am now very concerned about the possibility of Legionnaire's Disease having spent two nights in a room with defective air conditioning. No reply from many phone calls to try to rectify situation.Never want to experience being anywhere near such a nausea inducing smell ever again!

Long term business stay. The location is absolutely perfect. Staff are very nice. I have three problems with this hotel. One is the door key which practically had to be reprogrammed once or twice each day. The second issue is that staff service the bar, reception and other areas at the same time and you end up waiting for someone to appear at reception to reprogram the key when it should not need to be reprogrammed. That or a queue... Third is cleaning. The floor next to the bar literally sticks to your shoes and the windows on the ground floor are always dirty. Telephone is NEVER answered as there is no one at reception. Will return next year for the location and A+++ staff.
