Purchased a Ford Focus 6 speed gearbox, can only say they were professional it arrived within the time quoted, they were very competitive on price and kept me advised my invoice was sent to me straight away as promised.Hence the five star rating.

Bought plenty of parts from this garage and not had one fail yet.Polite and helpful staff even if they've not got the part in stock, and always received a 5* service.

I ordered n paid online and within minutes the chap rang.Of course, alloys are different shapes n sizes so we had a chat and unf the size wasn't available; during the course of the call, I was refunded and advised on the next steps. Being a clueless about cars female, the advice was professional and comprehensive and really helpful. Abso recommend this co and should I damage something else, this shall be the firm I come to. Thank you!

Great scrap yard and good selection of parts. Had everything we needed and the prices are great. Friendly staff and quick service. Only downside was the scrap yard is cash only so had to run to the bank to get the cash but apart from that can't fault them.

Good evening, I am writing to confirm that this is exactly 3 months since i bought the gear box and received later than the 4th. There for the warranty should still be valid and this is now documented. I hope you can get back to me with good news. Many thanksJamie

Went to buy an axle beam of them for a Fiat Panda 100hp. When I turned up they showed me one of a Fiat 500 and tried to tell me it was the same which it definitely isn't as the 500 one even had drums instead of discs and is also wider. They then told me they'd found the correct one which again I had to point out was of a 500 and doesn't fit. Definitely not Fiat specialist so be careful what parts you order. 120 mile round trip for nothing.

Bought a replacement second hand door for my wife's Fiat Panda after an accident. They called me back after my initial inquiry in no time, checked they had the right color I wanted with the hinges and glass inc in price. Advised me there was a small dent. Zak I spoke to was very helpful and took pictures of the dent and had it delivered very quickly and well packaged. Very professional and helpful service, would recommend to all fellow Fiat drivers!

Do NOT order from this company! They’re so unprofessional, they told me my order had already been dispatched on a Monday, arriving Tuesday/Wednesday latest. I call them Wednesday afternoon they say my order is being dispatched on Thursday arriving Friday/Monday. After asking why I had been lied to and that that isn’t good customer service considering I’ve been charged £30 for 1-2 business days delivery, the employee I spoke to simply said in a very sarcastic manner “well there’s nothing I can do now you’re still going to get your gearbox anyway”.Manager calls me the next day saying the employee is very upset at how I spoke to him (despite the fact I didn’t swear or shout) and that they’re going to cancel my order because he “can’t have this”.How does a company lie to a customer, be rude, show no sympathy or professionalism when confronted about said lie and then in the end it’s the employee that’s upset and my order that’s cancelled?I repeat DO NOT ORDER from them!

Paid for a used good wing and received a damaged one, Mohammed the owner was contacted and informed for the problem. He agreed to refund me back but thats never happened. Never call or text me back.Beware of this doggie seller.
