Visited the store today to purchase a screen protector and MacBook sleeve. I was greeted warmly and the service provided was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this store for everything Apple.

Store very spacious and clean. The young girl who served me was extremely helpful and pleasant. Great care was taken with my item. However they have changed their name to Select, which can be confusing.

I was directed to this company to repair my device and was regarded as an apple authorised company which select have failed to be recognised as . They told me it will take 7 days to repair my device but woefully it has been 25+ days with staff making my existing product go through much hassle and myself . They have failed to be called an authorised company by apple and also decided not to make a good will gesture despite the nuisance they provided .

Your staff better fix up their customer service. .My partner went to your shop saturday. Shop empty and bloke behind the counter incredibly rude when he was enquiring about aipad and watch. He had purchased items from your store in the past but wont be in the future.Your staff are out of order!

Went to Stormfront looking for a new computer, spoke to Neil who soon explained what was what with the PC I wanted. Excellent service, I'm just waiting for a phone call so I can go and pick up computer. Shop easy to get to lovely inside and brilliant staff.

Today I had my second experience of this shop. Both have been terrible.I went in to have a look at the new iPhone 15. I was the only customer in the shop. There was not a single phone on display. The three assistants in the shop were far too busy chatting to each other to be bothered by the inconvenience of a customer.Both of my experiences with this shop do not even register at the very bottom of the scale for what I believe Apple service should be like. Very disappointing and brand damaging, I certainly won’t trouble them with my custom a third time.Oh and I am a serious Apple advocate usually- I have a Mac, Mac Book Pro, iPad Pro, Apple Watch ultra iPod Pro and I have had an iPhone since the iPhone 3.

We have visited the store today to buy a new phone case and a screen protector for a phone and also to have my phones screen protector changed which had a 2 year warranty, they told me they changed suppliers and was very rude. I asked for the manager and they wouldn’t tell me, I will not be using this store again and will certainly be writing to Stormfront customer services. I can understand their terrible google review score.

Would like to give Zero stars. I’ve been here a few times and the staff here are always rude and can’t be bothered to help they’re never interested in what you want or need. Terrible service for a shop that has so many Apple products. I would recommend to visit the official Apple shop in Birmingham or order what you need online from Apple directly which has great service and fast delivery! Stay away from here!
