They have been friendly and supportive and provided a professional yet personalised approach when helping us arrange a service which met both our families' and mother's wishes. Absolutely heartbroken. We came by earlier in the week as my mum has tragically passed away to find ourselves stood at the front door for half an hour with no one answering. Also tried ringing the phone and had no luck. Went back to our car to see a man walking down the back lane with a big bag of shopping. No note on the door to say he had popped out nothing. Absolutely terrible service. Now we’re stuck not knowing what to do as my mum wanted to go there but if that’s what the staff are like we will be going elsewhere

I can't quite remember the ladies name but she looked after my sister Siobhan back in 2016 in kingswood Bristol. I will never forget the way she'd painted my sisters nails and spoke with her. She was absolutely amazing I will never forget her. She made the last time I seen my sister the day before her funeral very special my sister looked as beautiful as she did everyday. She couldn't of made the whole thing more personal and perfect. I very often think about her you all really don't know how important you are to us all.
