I've lived here since January site is clean and tidy my van is clean and warm as I'm from London I find the rents are a lot cheaper nice site no complaints

Doesn't even deserve the 1 star. This place is horrible. The Landlord & his wife are very rude. The staff that run the site are even worse. I wouldn't recomend this place to anybody. My mum lived here for 6 months and got abuse constantly from the landlord & when she had come to stay with me for a few days the landlord decided to make entrance into her van without concent & tried to move her belongings out of the van, then have her keys stolen out of front door by site manager JO.I wouldn't recommend anybody living here!!

I lived here two years ago and actually I'm choosing to go back very soon. It's a beautiful location, the RAF base next door makes for great plane watching being one of only two rapid response units in the UK - people come from miles to see the planes going off daily from here. My experience was a positive one. I treated the owners staff and my accommodation with respect and found them to be respectful and friendly back - the bad reviews are clearly from disgruntled bad tenants who either didn't pay rent or left the their statics a mess .... A mess the staff had to clear up. It's helpful to have access to a vehicle here as it's country based but I can't wait to go back and see them all - let me tell you the warden Jo is a lovely woman who goes out of her way to help others regularly I always found her very pleasantCaz

What a horrible place is the women who runs it for the landlord is very and I mean very 2 faced and makes life a living hell on this site landlord is okay the caravan are scrap and should never be lived in.I would advice to not live here it will ruin your life believe me prison is better than this place

Having lived there for about 4 years I can safely say that it is an utter dump, the owner is a moron who has no idea how to run a business, the caravans will literally be condemned if the council inspected it and most of the people who live there you would generally try to avoid.My best advice is to avoid the place at all costs.

Terrible place I agree with Danny limb. I lived there from April 2019 and left in Feb 2020 the rent gas and electricity is that steep it's vertical. Everytime we went out our gas bottle was stolen or swooped... Even the wheelie bin went walkies. And as for the deposit and month rent in advance that I payed... When I left before the next rent was due the landlord being the greedy git that he is tryed claiming that I owed him another month. And for that reason I wasn't getting my deposit back.... Which turns out according to the agent that runs the site for him noone ever gets their deposit bk. So yeah stay away from these cretins. I now live in a 2 bed flat that is 300 pound cheaper to live than living there

A really nice cute in the middle of a market town. The cite maintenance guy's Rob and David are very helpful ppl,clean and very respectful. The cute manager Joanne deklerk is a lovely woman but has severe learning difficulties and it's very sad to see that everyone takes advantage of her as she has problems communicating with ppl due to her reduced mental age. The cite is a well maintained and spotless with spotless Van's on there,the ppl are welcoming and very pleasant in every way.would recommend this place to anyone looking to rediscover Lincolnshire.
